We provide all our customers with an Insurance Backed Guarantee (Known as an IBG).
This means that our standard 12 month guarantee is extended to up to 10 years (Depending on the type of job) and is backed by HomePro (An IBG insurance provider).
What this means is that, if for any reason we were to cease trading, HomePro continues the guarantee for the remainder of the term. This gives the customer peace of mid that the guarantee remains in place regardless!!
