Single storey extensions can provide that additional space on the ground floor to bring light and openness feel to your home.

Ground floor extensions are carried out to usually extend a kitchen or dining room or to extend a rear living room/lounge area to make a more luxurious open plan feel and always look so much better with the installation of either Velux roof windows or a roof lantern.

Our team carry out and deal with all the work required to construct a single storey extension from the initial foundation dig through to the build, roof, doors and windows and all the internal works too.

We can also help with recommendations for an Architect to draw up those extension plans and submit them to planning for approval.

A double storey extension can provide additional space on the ground floor whilst also giving the additional bedroom, bathroom or other vital space that's required upstairs on the 1st floor too.

Double story extensions take a little longer than single storey due to the additional work that is involve with matching floor levels, knocking through the upstairs, alterations to stairs or other rooms to allow for access and also the roofing which will either be a continuation of the existing pitch or will create a hip style roof.

As with single storey extensions, we carry out all work from the initial foundation dig through to the roof and all internal work.

Again, we are able to recommend a suitable Architect who will draw up the plans and submit them to planning for approval.
