Our single storey extension prices start from as little as £2200.00 per M2. This includes labour and materials and is to a plastered finish. This doesn't include any special steel work or glass gables either. It also does not include any kitchens or bathrooms (Supplied or fitted).
Double Storey Extensions
£2'700.00 per M2
Our double storey extension prices start from as little as £2'700.00 per M2. This includes labour and materials and is to a fully plastered finish. It does not include any specialist steel work or any glass gables. It does also does not include any kitchens or bathrooms (Supplied or fitted).
Kitchens
£2'000.00 (Labour Only)
Our install only kitchen prices start from as low as £2'000.00. This includes all labour charges for removal, installation, electrics and plumbing work, tiling and skirting work. Materials would be charged for separately.
